Meet Addison Ramirez
As the daughter of a military veteran, Addison and her family moved to Hampton Roads in 2006 and she has called it home ever since. She has previously worked in the community as a cook, and even managed a kitchen, for six years. Her experience working in the restaurant industry taught her that teamwork and communication are essential and that any challenge can be overcome.
She started her real estate journey in 2021 when she joined Pilot Realty as their transaction coordinator. She used her dedication, appreciation of team work, and communication skills to establish relationships with all parties in a transaction including lenders, settlement companies, agents and most importantly our clients. She successfully assisted with closing over 90 deals and was quickly promoted to the Administrative and Marketing Manager role. In her current position, she uses her passion for helping people to create an environment where administrative staff and agents can thrive. When she isn't working, you can find her spending time with her dog and boyfriend, reading, and enjoying a glass of wine.
