Caitlin Sy has had a passion for helping clients in Fayetteville achieve homeownership since 2021. A North Carolina native, Caitlin attended UNC- Chapel Hill for her undergraduate education and later got a graduate degree in Public Health- with a focus on health and socioeconomic equity. Like so many others, the COVID-19 pandemic with an added bonus of a PCS move forced Caitlin to switch gears, when she discovered that she could continue to advocate for, educate and work with others to build generational wealth through homeownership. 

Since those humble beginnings, Caitlin has worked to not only educate her clients, but other agents as a New Agent Mentor and has also worked hard to create community and a network of vendors and service providers who share her mission: serving home buyers and sellers through every step of the process.She has built relationships with local lenders, home inspectors, contractors and attorney's to help serve her clients along the way. With over 67 homes sold using a variety of loan options, Caitlin has extensive knowledge of the market in Fayetteville. When she isn’t helping people find their dream home, Caitlin can be found at a crossfit class at her local gym, playing with her 4 yr old daughter and 2 dogs, reading a good book with a cup of coffee or at the home improvement store for her latest DIY project.
