Jerome Caddell moved to Virginia 2009 and served the rest of his Naval career in Hampton Roads, retiring in June 2023.

Jerome was born in Norfolk, VA but grew up in Texas. In 2003 he joined the Navy and spent his first six years between Japan, New Orleans and Cuba. Initially, he didn’t like the area and couldn’t wait to leave until he took an inventory of all that’s available in this area. He fell quickly in love with taking breaks on the river in Shenandoah, playing Bocce on the beach, comedy shows in Town Center, checking out all of the breweries in the area, mountain biking trails in Williamsburg and Pocahontas State Park to name a few things.

Jerome’s customer service is top notch. He spent the first third of his Naval Career as a Logistics Specialist, tendering results and providing excellent customer service to his shipmates and has spent ten years organizing volunteer events throughout the community.

Being a homeowner and having bought two houses before joining real estate, Jerome was attracted to guiding other military members through the complicated process. There are lots of nuances that get missed in the process and it can often feel like walking in the dark. Jerome likes to shine as much light on the process as he possibly can. He loves talking to new people and showing his two boys how to be successful in life.
