Meet Mark Dutton
Mark was born and raised in Gloucester, VA and returned to the area after his educational journey in VA and TN, and a stint living his dream in the mountains of Colorado.
Mark graduated from James Madison University in 2007 with a B.S.degree in Health Science/Sports Medicine. He also has a M.S. degree in Sports Management from The University of Tennessee ‘09, and M.A.R. degree in Leadership from Liberty University '19.
His career started in Product Management & Development in the medical device industry, later leading to starting his own business coaching and consulting small business and organizational leaders in strategic planning and organizational development.
Mark got his start in Real Estate in the beginning of 2021 when he was offered the role of CEO for the startup of a new kind of RE expansion team (now Pilot Realty), dedicated to agent development and flipping the script on agent success rates. He leverages his experience in operational and communication systems to build infrastructure for their agents to thrive. After a year and a half working behind the scenes as CEO, Mark put in the work to get his real estate license so he can personally serve and impact the lives of his family and friends in Gloucester and the Middle Peninsula!
Mark lives in Gloucester, VA with his wife and four young children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his kids' sports teams and making memories with his family in the great outdoors, hiking, biking, skiing, hunting, fishing and golf.
