Martie was born to expat parents in the Philippines but raised in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. She left the Netherlands in 2007, living in several countries before landing in Dubai in 2011 where she met her American husband. After working in Real Estate, consulting for multiple start-ups and then finally managing her own company as a franchiser of an international tech start-up, Martie’s family relocated back to NC, where her vet husband resumed a position at Fort Liberty. Looking for the perfect place to settle with 3 young children, Martie’s first time feeling of wanting to put down roots, reignited her passion for Real Estate. As a Southern Pines local, currently building their custom dream home in Vass, Martie is knowledgeable and passionate about Moore County, calling this community her home. That, paired with her getting-things-done mentality, attention for detail and helpfulness approach, allows her to connect with clients and meet them where they are, whatever their need is. When she isn’t helping her clients find their dream home, Martie can be found volunteering at the horse rescue, outdoors with her kids or at a local terrace enjoying time with friends over a meal or drink.
