Nikieta moved around a bit as a military child, but eventually settled and was raised in Columbia, SC. After being a preschool administrator and curriculum developer for 11 years, Nikieta realized she wanted to expand the ways in which she could help families, which sparked her passion for real estate. As a Hampton Roads local (having lived in Hampton, Newport News, and Chesapeake), Nikieta is knowledgeable and passionate about her community. That, paired with her compassion, drive to help people achieve their dreams, and familiarity with families from all walks of life, allows her to connect with clients and meet them where they are, whatever their need. When she isn’t helping her clients find their dream home, Nikieta can be found spending time with her son, laughing with friends, or creating social media content.
